Welcome

Upcoming Events

On the 9th June 2012 we will be holding the 3rd annual Rawdon Fun Day.

Our range of events for the day has been updated and now includes galloping acrobats, birds of prey, dancers, majorettes, fire engine display (including live demonstration of car accident extractions), live music, real ale bar, kiddies corner, bouncy castles, trampolines, fairground attractions and the ubiquitous Rawdon Fun Day welly wanging championship…

2012 - A Great Start to the Year!

On the 28th January we held our 3rd Annual Presentation Night and Charity Auction, which raised a record sum of over £9000…!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our sponsors and guests who made this such an incredible night.

Please see our sponsors page for listings of all those companies and individuals who donated lots. Without them, this night would not have been possible.

Our gallery also contains the photographs from what was a truly special night.

Volunteering

We are now looking out for people who wish to assist us in putting the day on (in any capacity - either on the day or before). All your efforts, even if you can only spare an hour, assist us in making the day the success it is.

If you wish to volunteer your time, bring along your expertise to our events, or just suggest ideas, please follow the ‘Contact’ menu item above. Or mail us on the address below:

Sponsors

The committee are looking for a range of sponsors to help cover the escalating costs of putting the main event on each year.

In order to maximise the donations we pass on to our charities, this means we are looking for individuals and companies alike to sponsor us in our endeavours.

We have a range of sponsorship packages available, and you can view these through the ‘Sponsors’ link at the top of the page or by clicking the link below.

All For Charity

The committee is proud of what we do, and that’s why 100% of all the profits we make on the day (and every other event in our fundraising calendar) will be going directly to our charities.
